How to send large files without fighting email limits

Upload the original files, choose delivery controls, and share one TransferSize link instead of attaching a large archive to email.

Working checklist0 / 5

Use this checklist here; the full reasoning stays below.

Prepare before uploading

Use clear file names, remove accidental duplicates, and keep a local source copy. An archive can preserve a package, but it is not required simply to move multiple files.

Make the recipient’s job obvious

Include the project name, what the delivery contains, its expiry, and the expected next step in the message around the link.

After delivery

Do not delete your source merely because a link was created. A transfer service is a delivery layer, not your only backup.

Edge cases

Before the handoff

How large can a free file be?

The current Bronze limit is 50 GB per file.

Does my recipient register?

No. A valid transfer link can be downloaded without a TransferSize account.

Put the guide to work

Open the sender and follow the same sequence.
