Which payment methods can I use?

What counts as bandwidth?
Streaming video and downloading originals from your library and from creators you follow. Downloads of files you send to other people never count.
How does Family work?
The plan owner invites up to 3 people by email. Everyone uses one shared 1 TB of storage and 10 TB of monthly bandwidth, signs in with their own account and keeps their files private.
What if I need more storage or bandwidth?
Add 1 TB of storage for $5 or 1 TB of bandwidth for $3. Each add-on lasts a month, and you can add as many as you need.
I’m on Plus, Pro or Business. Does anything change?
No. Your plan keeps renewing exactly as it does today. You can switch to Premium or Family whenever you like.
