Where the work changes hands

  1. 1
    Request

Send a receive link with naming and format requirements.

  2. 2
    Review

Organize submitted assets and resolve missing rights or files.

  3. 3
    Deliver

Send final exports and, when agreed, the clean source package.

Create one intake per relationship

A project-named receive link is easier to recognize and disable than a generic upload inbox shared across unrelated clients.

Package for somebody outside your software

Include fonts or licenses only when permitted, identify linked assets, provide export formats, and add a short readme with versions and dependencies.

Close the loop

Set the delivery window, tell stakeholders when it expires, and archive the approved source in your own system after acceptance.

Build the first handoff

Start simple; add controls only when the job requires them.
