Feature

Receive links for client uploads

A receive link is an upload inbox you can hand to someone else. They choose their files, upload them, and you find the submission in TransferSize. It is useful when you are collecting things, rather than sending your own files out.

Several clients delivering work through one reusable receiving entrance.

The direction matters

An upload inbox for someone else

A receive link brings files to you
  1. You create a requestName the job and say what you need.
  2. Client uploadsThey use the public receive link.
  3. You review the filesCheck the submission in your workspace.

The client uploads

They open a simple page, choose their files, and send them without seeing your account.

The useful difference: they upload to you

A download link opens files you already have. A receive link gives the other person a place to contribute files you do not have yet. You create and manage the inbox from Received, then share its public link. No account password needs to change hands.

A good request makes better submissions

Include a deadline, file formats, naming instructions, and whether you need originals. Ask for “the original logo SVG or PDF” rather than “a picture of the logo” when quality matters. Review incoming files before confirming that the project has everything it needs.

Useful detail

Control the intake and its capacity

You stay in control

Received files appear in your workspace. You can keep the link open for more uploads or disable it when the job is done.

Reusable does not mean unlimited

You can keep a link active for repeated submissions, such as material for one project. Account capacity and applicable upload rules still apply. Check space before inviting a large collection, and close the link when intake is finished.
